In terms of actual calories burnt, that’s debatable. “How many calories you burn in bed is dependent on just how hot and hefty you’re getting,” says White. it won’t be many“If it’s a slow, romantic romp. But if you’re going the length for one hour or more, filled with a good amount of twists and turns, you may choose to scorch a couple of hundred,” says White.
